Disturbed covers Sting’s “If I ever Lose My Faith In You”

Disturbed are continuing their successful path of recording covers. Their previous cover of “The Sound of Silence” really broke them out and got them huge amounts of mainstream radio play and praise from folks who are not normally paying attention to rock music. Now it’s time for the band to present their interpretation of Sting’s classic song “If I Ever Lose My Faith In You”.

The band comments: “We have loved this song for a long time, and even though it was released in 1993, it seems strangely applicable to today’s world. The song is about losing faith, and might initially sound pessimistic, but it’s about the importance and power of personal relationships, and how they can save you and provide solace in an increasingly confusing world.”
