Savage Messiah are “Under No Illusions” about their “Demons”
As previously reported here at Stargazed Magazine, the English metal act Savage Messiah will release their fifth album “Demons” on May 17th, followed by a tour with Symphony X. The album is now available for pre-order in the following formats: Black LP + CD, Standard CD Jewelcase and Digital Album.
“Under No Illusions” gives you the first taste of the up-coming album, produced by David Castillo (Opeth, Whitechapel) and mixed by Jens Bogren (Kreator, Arch Enemy, Amon Amarth). The Brits have gradually infused their unrelenting modern metal with strains of melodic metal, topping their neckbreakingly precise riffs with fierce hooklines and anthemic choruses begging to be screamed back at the band in sold out stadiums. Once again SAVAGE MESSIAH prove that they are one of the most forward thinking bands around, creating an album steeped in diversity, even including a cover of US Country star Chris Stapleton’s anthemic track “Parachute”.
