Vampire present live video for ‘Knights Of The Burning Crypt’ as they commence work on third studio album
Swedish death metal band Vampire are gearing up for a successor to 2017’s “With Primeval Force”, working in a musty, age-old cellar of old town Gothenburg.
They’ve now unleashed an intense live video off their lastest LP, “The ‘Knights of the Burning Crypt’. The video was shot in Malmö last autumn a mini-tour with At the Gates and Nifelheim. After the final gigs in 2018, they’ve gotten around to record semi-professional demo takes of a couple of songs that have been in the works for about a year. A first studio visit is planned for this spring to begin the “real” recording sessions for their third album. The new Vampire songs are said to partly be a continuation of the more epic sides of “With Primeval Force” but with a lot of fast stuff, as well.
The video was created by Wheelmust Production and can be watched below:
Furthermore, Vampire are confirmed to perform at Wacken Open Air, taking place August 1st to 3rd in 2019.
