Kazjurol, announce the release of “Rage 87”

Metal/Crossover band Kazjurol are back with a new release entitled “Rage ’87”. The Swedish band Kazjurol were first active during the period 1984 to 1994, but re-united in 2015. They were/are part of the “swedish crossover scene”, and are inspired by bands such as Slayer, SOD, Anthrax, Posessed, D.R.I, G.G. Allin and Cryptic Slaughter.

This mini-abum, released on all digital platforms and on a limited Vinyl version.  The title Rage 87 is an allusion to the second half of the 80’s hard music scene in Fagersta, and a special tribute to a mutual legendary friend of Kazjurol.

The album was recorded and produced in Studio Cave during 2022, by Kazjurol themselves. The tracks are in true old school hardcore/crossover spirit, but with a modern edge.

On April 29, Kazjurol will visit Öregrunds Hårdrocks Klubb, known as ÖHK for a gig at Garaget. The Garage is a hardrock scene, on the eastcoast of Sweden, about a 2 hour drive north of Stockholm. ÖHK celebrates its 10th anniversary and are happy to have their club mentioned in Stargazed Magazine. We are also happy to be able to  mention the club for its good work in fulfilling an important social function for the municipality. ÖHK has also succeeded in attracting audiences who live in other parts of Sweden.

A decisive factor, for ÖHK, in daring to bet on live gigs was when a party was organized around the Christmas weekend in 2013 and the place was filled with 80 visitors at a pizzeria in the middle of winter all the way out in the small town Öregrund.

A historic date for the club is 20/8 2015, when the club organized a mini-festival with European tour start for Loch Vostok, Persephone and One Hour Hell.

The man in charge for Öregrunds Hårdrocks Klubb, Christer Brunn, says: “There are many rock and punk bands that have had, apart from the three mentioned, gigs arranged by ÖHK. Among those who visited the club are Bloobound, Tad Morose, Revelations, Hexed, Septekh, Abramis Brama, The Quill, Björnarna, Macabre Decay, Wolverine, Until Rain, Oddland, Charta 77, Svartanatt and more…”

Said with a twinkle in his eye, the road to international succees goes through ÖHK.

We at Stargazed Magazine hopes that ÖHK will have a great future and that the club will have the opportunity to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

Feel free to visit ÖHK on the club’s Facebook page and congratulate them as they celebrate 10 years as a club: HERE
