After a 45 year long and tremendously successful career, Kiss recently announced their farewell tour. SRF are happy to announce that the only Swedish date on next summer’s European leg of this tour will be at the Sweden Rock Festival on Friday, June 7th. Fans can expect two hours of immortal rock classics and according to the band, their stage show will be the most spectacular they have ever toured with!

When one of the most legendary rock guitarists of all time, Ritchie Blackmore, decided to return to hard rock after 20 years of mostly acoustic medieval music, it was, of course, something of a sensation. Since the comeback, his revived band Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow has been very selective about performing live and next summer they will play just four concerts in Europe. Luckily, one of them will be at the Sweden Rock Festival!
