The Ocean Collective announce European tour with Scandinavian dates

German post-metal band The Ocean Collective released ‘Phanerozoic I’ on November 2nd, as previously reported here at Stargazed Magazine. They are now looking forward to present their new album to the audiences, kicking off the European campaign in March. Downfall Of Gaia, who will release their new album ‘Ethic Of Radical Finitude’ on February 8th via Metal Blade Records (as reported here at Stargazed Magazine), will be supporting along with Swiss opening act Herod.

Ebbs and flows of proggy melodies, crushing guitars, swelling strings and powerful vocals on ‘Phanerozoic I’ match the heavy lyrical themes The Ocean Collective has made its signature. ”Ethic Of Radical Finitude’ is Downfall Of Gaia’s most melodic, most structured and most dynamic release to date, once more building upon the epic and unique sludgy, crusty, exploratory metallic sound that has organically evolved with every release.
