Battle Beast announce support acts for second part of their European tour

Finnish heavy metal sextet Battle Beast rounded off their 2019 summer festival season two weeks ago. Before embarking on a US tour this week, the group has announced the support acts for their second »No More Hollywood Endings« European headline tour. Main support will come from modern melodic metal group Cyhra, while opening support on the first 7 dates will be provided by Finnish epic melodic death metallers Brymir.

Hammerfall – Dominion

I have no problem with “Dominion”, it works okay. I can listen to it and dig the music, and some songs could even become future classics; especially “(We Make) Sweden Rock” is a great anthem, and the title track is nice too. But there are no really massive tracks on this one to really take the album higher

Joacim leans very much on his powerful vocals which hasn´t really changed a lot during the 22 years the band has existed. This is shown in what I think must be the bands heaviest song? “Riders of the Storm”.

“We all had a metal/hard rock/prog backgrounds, but we felt that our playing style was changing towards a more direct and concise approach,” says Lucio Grilli. “And our way to conceive the songs was influenced as well. In addition to that, we were also looking for something more suitable for Aurelio’s powerful voice, something closer to rock/metal to fully let his voice be heard. It’s more natural for us to talk about MK simply as a melodic metal band than a prog metal one.”
