Ingen sanning är allas but it’s a universal truth that Opeth has launched a new music video

The video was created by Jess Cope and follows a melancholic and bitter man on the brink of self-destruction and insanity as he delves into a sinister alternate world as reality crumbles around him. Cope previously collaborated with Opeth’s Mikael Åkerfeldt on the music video for “Drag Ropes” for his side project Storm Corrosion.

Opeth will return to North America in 2020 for a winter tour with labelmates Graveyard.

Sweden Rock Festival has announced the first 31 acts that will play at the 2020 edition. The festival will be held on June 3rd-6th 2020 in Sölvesborg, south of Sweden. Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, November 27th at 11.00 CET.

Opeth reveals album title & track listing for 13th album

Swedish masters of progressive heavy-rock Opeth have revealed today the title and tracklisting for their awaited 13th album, “In Cauda Venenum”, that’s due out this fall. Recorded last year at Stockholm’s Park Studios, ”In Cauda Veneum” will be released in two versions, in both Swedish and English languages.
