Osbourne has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a neurodegenerative disorder that progresses slowly in most people. Parkinson’s, which affects 1 in 350 people, is caused by a loss of nerve cells in part of the brain, leading to problems with movement that gets worse over time. It has no known cure.
Earlier today, Ozzy’s social media was update with a video message from the BLACK SABBATH legend in which he announced the postponement of the 2020 European tour and addressed his health status. According to Live Nation Sweden, the new European tour dates will now take place “in the first half of 2021.”
Osbourne’s 2019 shows have been postponed until 2020, after a fall in his home led to surgery.
